If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from the item you ordered, please contact our support team within 10 days of delivery. To help us review your request, we may ask for clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible issues. Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, preference for a different color, or other non-defective circumstances. If an order cannot be delivered and is returned due to incorrect shipping information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent. After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier's network. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after shipment, resulting in an estimated total delivery timeframe of 5–9 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, remote delivery locations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress. While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rosalina is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Normal wear resulting from regular use, repeated washing, improper care, accidental damage, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or exchange. By purchasing and using Rosalina products, you acknowledge that garment appearance may naturally change over time due to normal use and care practices, and that proper product maintenance is the responsibility of the customer.
